Winner no. 7?

I am in what I suspect is a diminishing group keen to see this season's trendless trend continue. And with four of the season's six winning teams fielding drivers still looking for victory - and three of those in with a genuine chance - who would bet against it?

If the British needed an excuse for a knees-up, then there can't be a better one than this. No, no - I also 'get' them now.

Particularly like Ferrari's - rudimentary, yes, but seems to fit with their overall edgy design. Nice too to see that step area justified with car numbers - the only team to do this?

Seventh time lucky for Michael?

Schumacher showed in Monaco that he's beginning to get the hang of this F1 lark. With Mercedes among the favourites at the power-crucial Ile Notre-Dame circuit, what chance Michael becomes the seventh different winner so far?

It was 1993 that I became a full-time fan, and I believe I've seen every grand prix since. I have also enjoyed a number...

What gives you away as an F1 fan?

During a recent visit to a petting zoo I learned a quite remarkable insight. It seems Penny (a two-year-old Shetland) needs her stable cleaning out at the same time each day, every day of the year - even if it should coincide with the live television broadcast of an F1 grand prix. What this means (a...

Kerbs are there for teams like Toro Rosso to have somewhere to kick their drivers to. Pity Ferrari can't make similar use of them.
