Re: Who would take Massa?

He will be employed more for his experience than current speed. Pretty much what I was trying to say. Not going to set the world alight but should pick up plenty of points and finish consistently. But would he chose to go to a team that needs that sort of driver, and could they meet his wage bill? ...

Re: More than half way through, How do you rate the BBC Cove

Compared to their coverage of just about any other sporting event in their repertoire, the BBC's coverage of F1 is actually great. It certainly blows MOTD out of the water. I'd agree with the people moaning about Suzi, she's a bit of a tool, but Ben is great. Like a few other people I've listened to...

I'll take him. He can live in the utility room next to the cat. I'm always happy to house unwanted F1 drivers. On a serious note, Massa is a solid enough driver, if not quite top drawer. He shouldn't come across any difficulty finding employment at a decent midfield outfit next year, providing he is...

I like Vettel as a person. I admire Vettel as a driver. Envy, even. I would never boo a driver for winning a race, unless he had obviously cheated to win. That said... I can understand the frustration that is causing people to boo. In Monza it was probably mainly due to the fans' Ferrari allegiance,...

Re: Alonso - No respect any more.

Given that 30 years ago yesterday Gilles Villeneuve died trying desperately to outqualify his teammate, who he didn't exactly have the best relationship with, I think that's a slightly unfortunately timed blog. Perhaps he means 40 or even 50 years ago, when I think there was a lot more respect betwe...

I still think that Hockenheim 2010 has affected him more than his accident. He has not been the same since. After all, he would have won that race, and who knows, we might have seen a much more positive Massa. I think that's a good point, his results were just beginning to pick up again after a slo...

Re: How many drivers in the title race?

According to a dream I had the other day, Vettel will lead the championship going into Brazil, ahead of Button, Hamilton and Rosberg. At Interlagos, Hamilton came back from seventh to win a rain-affected race and the championship, though he was gifted the win when Schumacher hit Senna. Vettel crash...

Why not? If Webber is such a whino it doesn't mean Kimi would fare badly there. He's not like Webbo in any sense. No need for favoritism for Kimi, just optimal equality if possible. I wouldn't ever want favouritism for Kimi, unless it's the last race of the season and there's a championship at stak...

So Webber swaps from a team where he is clearly no.2 to go somewhere that he will probably be no.2.
