Because:

1. Santander's Marketing reason in Brazil or south America.
2. Ferrari get paid so many million of dollars from Santander by keeping Massa.
3. He's accepted as a second driver (Alonso is faster than you).

Other than that, I can't think of any other reason why is Massa still at Ferrari.

Although Kimi is struggles to warm his tyres or one lap pace, but I think when come to race day, he'll be right up with the top three. My money will be on Kimi for win.

I rate Massa 5th best.
I rate Jenson Button is one of the top 4 driver, although I'm not fully his fan, but Button has won the WDC 2009 and also beat most of the so call top drivers last year, accept Vettel.
