Sky F1 coverage, live timing and mobile apps

Hello all,
Just wondering if any of you can help with some of my queries regarding the above:
Sky F1 coverage - My tv is out of use at the moment so I'm having to make do with the laptop and Sky Go. I've heard with Sky Go you can watch in split screen mode which consists of actual coverage, live timing and on-board any driver. Is that possible? If so, how can it be done? Also, can I tune in and watch past sessions as and when I want? Like with the BBC iPlayer with other programmes?
Live timing - Apart from the F1.com timing screens, are there any others that are available?
Mobile apps - Any mobile live timing apps available for Nokia Symbian phones? Yet to upgrade :$
