Sky sucks...

Second week in a row it is saying my PC isn't registered when it was. Last Friday it took me 3 calls until I got someone who was willing to get hold of someone who would reset my device, this time I'm 4 calls in and no hope in sight. Funny thing is they say they get the issue all the time and how they aren't legally allowed to reset my devices. Like how is this my fault? I personally feel that restricting to two devices per month with one change is retarded, however not making it do it registers your devices reliably is just dumb. I've made no changes and yet it is saying this PC isn't registered when it is.....
I wont be re subbing that is for sure, I was hoping it would be a one off, seems like it is a common thing.
